About Me

My name is Memré, and I am a 40 something single mom. Several years ago, after my divorce, I suddenly found myself back in the world of dating. For a 30 something woman, this can be terrifying to say the least. Although I wasn’t too terribly overweight, I was horribly out of shape. With my new job came a perk of free use of a fantastic gym offering anything you could want to do. A coworker and I began meeting at lunch to do some elliptical or treadmill training. That lasted for a few months until another coworker told me to meet him in the weight room, and he would teach me strength training. I found my calling in the iron! I took advantage of the free personal trainer service, and so began this fitness journey that has transformed my life.

During the past few years I have dropped several bad habits and replaced them with many new good ones.  I entered a few competitions at the gym and have brought home 5 trophies. I have learned that I can look at my body, see something I’d like to change, seek out a plan, then implement that plan knowing I can achieve the results I desire without having a long road ahead.  I still can wear a bikini, and I don’t look at the young ladies wishing I still had their bodies. Mine is just fine if I do say so myself. I achieved my CPT certification with the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and now I take great pleasure in helping people like me, those in teh middle of life,  become the people they want to be.  My life experiences have given me a better perspective on the needs of men and women who are looking to bring back the parts of themselves that have been buried for so long. It’s never too late to be healthy, sexy and strong.
